With over two decades of experience as a mechanical engineer, Kyle has led the design
and delivery of innovative consumer products for Fortune 500 companies across
multiple industries. Combining deep technical expertise with strategic vision, he has
built and scaled teams that bridge engineering, design, and business insight. Kyle holds
an MBA and is passionate about developing technologies that enhance everyday life
through intelligent, user-focused design.

Ben brings a strong foundation in mechanical and product design engineering, holding
both a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and an MEng in Product Design Engineering. A
recognised expert in CAD and 3D design, Ben specialises in solving complex technical
challenges and transforming ideas into manufacturable products. His meticulous
approach to design ensures that every project balances performance, aesthetics, and
feasibility.

Ryan holds a PhD in Chemistry and leads our analytical and product development
laboratory. He has extensive expertise in the formulation and characterisation of
nicotine and cannabidiol (CBD) products, with a focus on analytical method
development and validation. His deep technical knowledge of mass spectrometry,
HPLC, and GC enables the team to deliver world-class quality, compliance, and
innovation in every product developed.

Patrick is a Product Design Engineer with a versatile skill set spanning CAD,
sustainable design, industrial sketching, and digital rendering and animation. He has a
keen eye for form and function, creating products that are both environmentally
responsible and visually compelling. Patrick’s ability to merge design thinking with
practical engineering makes him a key contributor to concept development and
prototyping across the technology team.

Chris brings more than 20 years of specialist experience in the global tobacco industry,
having developed and refined products including cigarettes, RYO, cigars, nicotine
pouches, and heated tobacco sticks. With deep knowledge of both primary and
secondary manufacturing processes, he combines technical expertise with a refined
sensory understanding of product quality. Chris’s insights are central to advancing
next-generation nicotine technologies.

Francesca has over 14 years of experience leading innovation and marketing initiatives
across global beauty, food & beverage, and technology brands. She has successfully
ideated, developed, and launched market-leading products that achieved No.1
positions worldwide. With a unique combination of creative insight and commercial
strategy, Francesca drives cross-functional teams to transform ideas into high-impact,
consumer-loved products.
